Membership terms

Last updated: October 2026

Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Physioize, operated by Wanda Mhobo ("Physioize", "we", "us"). By creating an account, continuing to use the service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

The service

Physioize provides recorded online learning, practical business tools and structured mentorship for physiotherapists preparing for practice ownership. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own learning within the membership you have selected.

Payments and subscriptions

Learn and Guided are offered monthly or annually upfront. Launch is a three-month programme with three monthly payments of R1,499 (R4,497 total). There is no joining fee. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a monthly or annual membership at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — see our refund policy for how to request a refund. If a renewal payment fails, your access continues until the end of the paid period, then pauses until payment succeeds.

Learning and support scope

Learn is self-paced. Guided adds one monthly 90-minute group clinic, advance questions, replays and one implementation activity. Questions are prioritised by relevance and time; a personal answer to every question is not promised. No unlimited messaging or individual calls are included. Launch includes Guided benefits for three months, with one submission and one structured feedback response for each of the three defined milestones. Assigned mentors may give feedback. Additional reviews and consultations are outside the included scope.

Programme and access expiry

Launch ends after three months and does not automatically renew or enrol you in another paid plan. Access-support memberships provide six months of Learn access, subject to approval and availability. Any later pricing requires separate agreement, not an automatic increase.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service: no unlawful use, fraud or spam; no infringement of intellectual property; no interference with the service's security (including malware, probing or scraping); no reverse engineering, resale, redistribution or circumvention of technical limits. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

Your content

You keep ownership of the work you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service (for example, so an assigned mentor can review a milestone). Never submit patient records, third-party personal information or confidential employer material.

Intellectual property

Physioize retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including courses, tools, templates, documentation and branding. Membership does not transfer any ownership to you.

Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Learning content is provided for general educational purposes and is not legal, financial, tax or professional registration advice.

Responsibilities and exclusions

Consider your employment obligations before taking business actions. Registration approvals remain with the relevant bodies. External registrations, premises, equipment, software and other setup costs are not included. No funding, guaranteed income or verified CPD accreditation is promised.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your profile details before deletion.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over disputes. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
