What to expect, what’s included and what Physioize does not promise.
Can I start preparing while still employed?
Yes. You can learn and prepare at your own pace while employed. Consider your employment contract, professional obligations and any conflicts of interest before taking business actions. You do not need to resign to start planning.
Do I need a large budget to begin learning?
No large startup budget is needed to begin learning. Planning helps you understand realistic costs and choose a practice model that fits your circumstances. Learning fees do not include practice setup expenses.
Is the programme entirely online?
Yes. Recorded learning is online. Guided and Launch include scheduled live online group clinics. An internet connection is required. Written summaries, transcripts and downloadable resources will provide lower-data options where supplied.
What is the difference between Learn, Guided and Launch?
Learn is self-paced recorded learning with practical tools. Guided adds one monthly 90-minute group clinic, advance questions, replays and a monthly activity. Launch includes Guided for a defined three-month programme and three milestone reviews.
Will I receive individual mentorship?
Learn does not include live or individual mentorship. Guided support takes place in groups, not individual calls or unlimited messaging. Launch includes one submission and one structured feedback response for each of three milestones, from an assigned mentor. Additional consultations are outside the included scope.
Do you provide funding?
No. Physioize does not provide or guarantee funding, startup capital or income. We help you understand and plan your business needs.
Do you complete registrations on my behalf?
No. Registration applications and approvals remain with you and the relevant bodies. The curriculum will indicate where reviewed professional advice is needed; it is not a registration service.
Can I join from a rural area or township?
Yes. Learning is online and designed for physiotherapists across South Africa. You will need internet access; written and downloadable alternatives will be available where supplied. Live clinics require a connection at the scheduled time.
Are the courses CPD accredited?
No CPD accreditation has been verified. Do not treat the proposed courses as accredited CPD activities. Any future accreditation will be stated only after formal verification.
What happens if I cancel?
Final cancellation, refund and access-expiry terms are being reviewed and will be shown before purchases are enabled. No payments are currently collected. No joining fee is proposed.
What happens after the Launch programme?
Launch ends after three months. It does not automatically renew or enrol you in another paid plan. Any next membership will require your separate agreement.
What costs are not included?
External registrations, equipment, premises, software and other practice setup expenses are not included. Funding and guaranteed income are not provided. Tax treatment will be confirmed before checkout opens.
